Here is where you can RESERVE THE PUPPY OF YOUR DREAMS or GET ON THE WAITING LIST for a future Corgi Puppy of your dreams. Just fill out my questionnaire below and submit it back to me for approval.

 

This application is the first step in the process of adding a Hat Creek Corgi to your family.  It helps me get to know you and your family a little better and will help me to determine if a corgi puppy is a good fit for you and your family.  Applications also take time to complete and this one is not short.  If you take the time to fill out an application, it suggests you are willing to put in the work both to find the right breeder for you and to prepare for a puppy to join your family.  Please answer the questions as completely as you can.  Thank you for your time and interest in one my corgi puppies.

Please note: If you fill out this application, I expect that you are seriously interested in one of my corgi puppies and would be willing to wait for the right puppy.  My pups are part of our family and I am only interested in placing them in homes where people take the responsibility seriously and aren't just looking for a puppy on a whim.  Good things are worth waiting for!

IN ORDER TO RESERVE AN AVAILABLE  PUPPY IT IS A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
 
The deposit comes off the price of the puppy.  If the color or sex of the pup is not available in the upcoming litter, your deposit is transferred to puppy of your choice from that litter or to the next upcoming litter. You will never loose your deposit. 
 

I also allow you to make weekly payments on your puppy until puppy is 8 weeks old.
 
All puppies come with a Lifetime Health Guarantee and 30 days of free medical and accident insurance.
 
Puppies will be UTD on shots and worming according to age.
 
IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PUPPIES TAIL DOCKED, I NEED TO KNOW BY THE TIME PUPPY IS 3 DAYS OLD AND PUPPY NEEDS TO BE PAID IN FULL BY 3 DAYS OLD.

The deposit to reserve an available puppy or get on the waiting list is $500. All deposits are non refundable and come off the price of the puppy. I accept deposits thru the Website, Zelle, Cash App, Bank Wire, Cashiers Check or Postal Money order sent overnight.

All of my dogs are raised with lots of love, care, personal attention, and tons of exercise.  They love helping me out with the horses and ranch work. I make sure they have the best of everything from diet to medical when needed. My dogs are my family and I go to all lengths to make them comfortable.  My Corgis not only make great family pets, but have gone on to be emotional support dogs, service dogs, drug detection dogs, show dogs, herding dogs, and companions.  They are extremely intelligent and loyal.
